What payment options do I have? (Is it also possible to pay by invoice?)
The following payment options are generally available to you:

The payment method "by invoice" is only and exclusively available to our loyal season ticket holders.
You can also find the organizer's payment options in the description of your item and in the shopping cart.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
In principle, our VIP tickets are excluded from cancellation according to the terms and conditions. However, you are welcome to contact us regarding a change.
How are the tickets sent?
You can access and manage the tickets immediately after purchase via the HSV Business Match app. Please refer to the order confirmation after completing the purchase for detailed instructions.
