1. TICKETS AND SEATS

Once we have received your order, we will process it and send you a confirmation e-mail. You can view the current status in your customer account under ‘Orders’.
You will find the delivery time of your personalised tickets both in the description of your item and in your order confirmation. As every event organiser has individual delivery times, we cannot make a general statement that applies to all tickets purchased.

The question of whether the VIP tickets are sent insured also depends on the organiser. SPORTFIVE organises the procurement of the tickets, the shipping is in the hands of the organisers. You will also find the shipping method in your order confirmation. If you have not received your shipment 10 working days before the event, we look forward to hearing from you. The ‘Enquiry’ display means that either the ticket contingents available to us are currently exhausted or that they may not be offered online for legal reasons. You can use the ‘Enquiry’ button to request a notification when VIP tickets for the relevant event are available again. This means that we will contact you as soon as we have a contingent available again. You can contact the respective organiser directly via the ‘To form’ field. The organiser will then get in touch with you.
As we have no influence on the cancellation or postponement of an event, it is unfortunately not possible for us to inform you of this with any guarantee. However, we will immediately pass on to you any information provided to us by the organiser regarding postponement or cancellation. In the event of cancelled or postponed events, the organiser's General Terms and Conditions of Business apply.
It is not possible to reserve tickets.
The services included vary depending on the event and category. After selecting your category, the services are listed below the picture gallery.
In most cases, the seats of the booked tickets are next to each other. However, if the number of tickets you have purchased is larger, the organiser may divide the seats into small groups. For example, it cannot be guaranteed that 16 people will sit together as a whole group - in this case, small groups of 8 people each would be possible.

The majority of premium seats and boxes are booked by existing customers in the form of season tickets for the entire season. The organisers put the remaining seats up for sale. These free seats will now be allocated when several tickets are booked, preferably next to each other. SPORTFIVE, as the agent for VIP tickets, has no influence on this distribution.
When ordering, you can express the wish that your additionally purchased seats are next to those already purchased. To do this, please enter this request together with the previous order number in the note field during the ordering process. However, the distribution of seats is the responsibility of the respective organiser. As the ticket agent, SPORTFIVE has no influence on this.

If you only wish to purchase your additional VIP tickets if they are guaranteed to be seated next to the tickets you have already purchased, please contact our hotline.

2. PAYMENT AND DESPATCH

The payment options depend on the respective organiser. The payment options offered can be found in the description of the item (in the centre below the item description) and in the ‘Payment’ step in the shopping cart. The usual payment options are credit card (Mastercard, VISA), PayPal and instant bank transfer. Payment with American Express is not possible. Selected events can also be booked on account. In some cases, payment on account is only permitted up to approx. 3 weeks before the event.
In principle, our VIP tickets are excluded from cancellation by the respective organisers. You are welcome to contact us regarding a change, whereupon we will get in touch with the organiser.
The insurance of the tickets depends on the organiser. Each organiser works with a delivery service of their choice and has different regulations regarding the shipping of tickets. You can view the various shipping options for your tickets during the ordering process. SPORTFIVE as the agent of the VIP tickets has no influence on the dispatch or insurance of the tickets.
If you decide to purchase tickets for an event taking place at short notice, the organiser may not be able to guarantee postal delivery. In this case, your order will be deposited. The required information will be sent to you by email after you have placed your order. Please note that with the deposit option, purchased parking tickets are also deposited and cannot be sent in advance.

Note: Please also note that some organisers do not send tickets abroad!

Does the organiser offer the option print@home?

Selected organisers offer the print@home option. In this case, the option can be selected during the ordering process.

3. ORDERING AND ORDERING PROCESS

Make sure that you log in with the e-mail address with which you created the account on OFFICIAL VIP. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one by clicking on ‘Forgot your password?
Orders can only be placed via our online shop. The data you enter in secure online forms when ordering cannot be received over the phone. You must also read and accept the General Terms and Conditions.

If you have any problems or queries regarding your order, we will of course still be happy to receive your call.
In principle, you can buy several tickets at the same time. However, all organisers have individual regulations regarding payment, shipping and terms and conditions. You can therefore not buy tickets from different organisers at the same time. However, you can of course choose tickets from another organiser when making a further purchase.

SPORTFIVE is only responsible for arranging the VIP tickets and has no influence on the different payment options of the organisers.

4. MY EVENT

Please do not black out the price on the tickets. Changes to the original condition of the ticket may invalidate it. It is possible to stick a removable sticker over the ticket.
There is always the possibility of meeting the star of the concert you have booked or famous sportsmen and women. Celebrities may be in the VIP area of the event organiser. However, a ‘Meet & Greet’ is not part of the VIP ticket purchased. There is therefore no entitlement to a personal meeting with the star of the event.
