European Union Consumer Dispute Resolution Body: The European Union established an online dispute resolution platform for consumer disputes with Regulation No. 524/2013. The so-called ODR platform serves as a central contact point for consumers and businesses who wish to resolve disputes falling under this regulation out of court. It is an interactive website accessible in all official languages of the EU institutions, and its use is free of charge.
